Stacie and Zach

New House

Front
This is the house we are buying in Baltimore. Make sure to click “Read More” to see the other pictures.

Living Room
Living Room - The living room was smaller than the other houses we saw, but the benefit is that there is an additional room on the other side of the front door that will be Stacie’s office and place to meet with clients.
Dining Room
Dining Room - The first thing to do here is take down the wallpaper!
India's Bedroom
India is excited to have a pink room with 3 windows.
Baby Boy's Bedroom
This will be the baby’s room. It is the smallest of the three bedrooms yet is a little bigger than our current bedroom in Boston!
Upstairs Bathroom
Upstairs Bathroom - There is another full bath with a shower on the first floor.
Basement
The basement has painted concrete floors and will make a nice playroom.
Back
View of the back of the house from the backyard.
Deck
Here’s the deck. We will have to get a BBQ next summer.

I understand that India expects to find the butterfly pillow still in her bedroom! I will see what I can do about that…Where do you plan to sleep guests? We’re excited that you will have more room for us and look forward to visiting.

Guests will sleep in the dungeon. Did we not include a photo of that??
First we need to purchase a hide-a-bed, then figure out which room would best suit guests. Probably the basement. It has a bathroom but not a shower. What, do you think this is the Ritz??

What a Great Big house! We’re so happy for you. You’ll finally have some room.

As for the “lovely” wallpaper in the dining room. Let me know if you need help removing it, I’ll be happy to “earn my keep” by removing it when I come to visit. But first, how about a picture of the guest room (dungeon)?

I think it is a super-cool looking brick house!!! And I CAN’T WAIT to stay in the dungeon:) Just my style… Yeah, that dining room wallpaper is booty!! I don’t know if you guys will be able to eat in that environment. I like the office/client meeting room for Stacie, that sounds way cool. Can’t wait to see what you guys do to style if out…
