Long belated update
It has been some time since I have posted to this blog. Zach set up another, photo blog for the daily photographs we take. So I have been spending a lot of time posting new images there. Well, not that much time, but as much as my life will allow for. In any case, there are many events that have not been properly documented in our blog.
Ok, here’s the first, and most important:

These are Ezra’s first photographs
Ezra Zachary Smith was born January 17, 2006. He weighed in at 8 pounds and was 20 inches long. Smaller than India, but he was also 10 days early; thank goodness! Ezra was a water baby. He was born in a jacuzii -type tub. I recomend it to any expecting mother as a wonderful alternative to the big needle in the back. It really is a kind of natural epidural.

India came to visit and meet her new brother… who hadn’t been named yet. We were trying to decide if Ezekiel would be a good name for him. It didn’t seem right. We finally agreed on Ezra; one of Zach’s last minute additions to the list a few days prior.
Things have changed; Ezra is quite a bit larger. He is now almost 5 months old. I will slowly update this blog and give some different photographs then are posted on our other page.
I really love these pictures…. One of the greates moments of life! We get so excited and happy when our little ones arrived but how difficult is for us to deal with death when they depart from us. I’m so grateful for the Gospel, to have this wonderful and extended family. I truly love you guys.
