4th of July
On the 4th of July we headed over to Tige and Rebecca’s house. We had a BBQ and then everyone but Ezra and I went to see the fireworks. Ezra was asleep the entire time, so I relaxed and read through a whole Parenting magazine. I am a better mother for it. Ha.
Ezra and Owen get along just fine. Already holding hands. They’re gonna be best buds.

This is the scooter that was found down the street from Tige and Rebecca’s house. Maybe Zach and India will ride scooters together.

India’s silly sentences
The other day India began crying. So daddy said:
“What’s wrong? Do you have an owey??”
“Yaaaa.”
“Can I kiss it? Where is it?”
“Ya! It’s right next to my bum.”
The things parents have to do.
The other cute thing she said was
“Some day I realized that if I don’t where my pants…..
I get mosquito bites on my legs”
This is after she was running around outside in her underwear as she said goodbye to Andrea and Camille.
I just wish I could have recorded these convorsations because the way she says things is so much cuter than words on a page. Just try to imagine her over excentuating the o’s in mosquito and taking a really long time to tell me what she realized. I got quite a kick out of both of these sayings.
Soccer
India has been taking soccer these past few weeks. Just in time for the World Cup. Too bad she isn’t as excited about the World Cup as Zach is. That might help her to be more excited about running and kicking the ball in 90 degree weather. Class starts at 9am, and it is already too hot. But I was able to capture this very cute moment. She loves all of her friends, boys included. This is her with Kelemen. I was told that after I took this shot that she kissed his hand. HA! We’ve got to keep our eyes on these two. Luckily he will be moving to California next month. No more hanky panky.

1st Tooth!
The other day I thought Ezra might be close to getting a tooth. I was right! I tried to photograph it, but not only is he squirrelly but the tooth is barely cutting through. But still, I thought I should make mention of this milestone and try to give you something to see.

We are in the process of trying to get our blog a bit more visitor friendly. So stay tuned… we may have a newer URL to send out to everyone. As it stands, we aren’t too sure who is making comments, so please identify yourselves so we know who’s voice we are hearing. I can tell a few of the recent comments, but I’m not sure who accused us of wearing matching sweaters
We are trying to work out the kinks. Hopefully we can get it as beautiful of a blog as Morgan’s.
Have a great Fourth and we’ll be sure to let you know about our latest adventures.
